Terms and conditions

Check in between 4-7 pm- Check out by 10 am. On street parking is available and is free of charge. Parking is available nearby and is free of charge.

Payment Conditions:

No deposit required. Payments by cash, BACS, and credit/debit cards.

If you require different check in or check out times please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation Conditions:

If a booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged. 

Damages:

All damages will be charged accordingly. Wet beds will be charged £20. If hot foods or any kind of take away is eaten in the room a £20 fee for extra cleaning will be added to the bill.

Pets:

Sorry we can not accommodate any animals except guide dogs.

Smoking:

Meadhon Guest House is a non smoking house and please note this includes E-cigarettes. We respectfully remind guests that should anyone be, or have been, smoking in the house, we reserve the right to charge £200 to the card used to make the booking to cover the cost of short-notice deep cleaning of the room.,
